Highly recommend and love their staff. Outside of competent and do a great job, they’re always very polite and respectful. Error message and a freezer w/no ice and lots of frost – problem resolved and ice cubes are flowing! Thx you! We have older appliances, Subzero, Wolf and other high-end, but need routine servicing like anything. They come when needed and always fix the problem. (And, they speak English!!)

My Miele coffee machine had an issue and was not brewing. The technician came over on the same day I called them and fixed the problem in an hour. Very satisfied 10/10. Thank you for the best service.

I used High End Service for a difficult situation regarding moving my 48 inch wolf stove. From
the minute I called them to getting the job completed, they were a pleasure to deal with. They showed up on time and called me on the way. They really had to calculate how to get this stove moved without damaging floor tile, and they were amazing. I would never use anyone else for repairs on my appliances. They are the best. They are so knowledgeable and professional.
